Your new favorite BBQ marinade
Today I have a fun, guest post recipe from Courtney Berlin a Certified Health Coach and Founder of Fit Girls Eat Burgers. When Courtney saw my healthy (more Vegan oriented) recipes, she reached out to offer a complimentary concoction - Her famous Marinade Chicken.
This scrumptious recipe is here just in time for back-to-school BBQs and end of summer shebangs. It's simple, tropical, and succulent.. brace yourselves, BBQ is coming!
Your marinade is equal parts BBQ sauce and pineapple juice.
Wash and dry your chicken really well. If there is any fat, feel free to trim away the excess
Now take 1½ cups of BBQ sauce
Add 1½ cups of pineapple juice
Stir mixtures together
Bring in the chicken breasts and marinade in a Ziploc baggie or container for two days
Fire up your grill and go
Serve up and enjoy!
*This will leave you with extra tender grilled chicken.
