Hey Mom, You're the Bomb!
We all know how much Mom loves the thoughtful, homemade gifts. This year I have a few last minute present ideas to really 'Wow' Mom! (and if all else fails bring Mimosas!)
1. Printables, Printables and a little.. Printables
One of my favorite ways to add a thoughtful DIY feel to any craft creation is to include a free printable. Simply find your favorite online, print, cut and add to any surface. Try adding photos, a special note or even a gift card to your main surface and it'll be a hit!
Get this free printable here from Shanty 2 Chic. It comes in 'Mom', 'Daughter', 'Grandma', 'Aunt' & more.
2. Hand Painted Mason Jars
I know, I know.. more mason jars? The answer is YES the mason jar is alive and well + Mom will love it! Head down to the store for new mason jars (found in the tupperware section) or even your local thrift shop to pick up 2-4 vintage jars. Paint the inside of the jar, dry upside down and add Mom's favorite flowers.
For some extra DIY add a heart shaped piece of duct tape to the inside of the jar prior to painting. This will add a 'love'ly peekaboo for your crafty vase. Find more mason jar ideas here.
I can't wait until Sunday Funday!
