A glimpse into the creative process of Amnon David Ar's ambitious series The Cycle of Life, and more specifically the process of orchestration and execution of one of the works in this monumental series. In this new series Ar philosophically interprets the different stages of human life in today's world. The painting that the film focuses on is a quote of Rembrandt's Saul & David, but in a non-Biblical interpretation.
